Work you’ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Be the key liaison and work closely with the Client Labs Lead, Facilitator, cross-functional business/account teams, and Facilitator to manage the pre-during-post Client Lab project responsibilities. On the day of Client Lab, deliver client-facing support by working closely with the Lab Facilitator.
- Perform comprehensive research to identify relevant account challenges, client, and competitors’ landscape, and integrate essential functional area expertise (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) into the development of Lab design materials.
- Coordinate for logistics, work with designers, vendors, A/V and operations team, by being on top of key activities to ensure their timely completion, while managing communication and seamless coordination with Deloitte University and cross-functional support teams and stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder interview and scoping calls, capture detailed notes during stakeholder interviews with C-Suite/senior executives and Lab preparation meetings and assist conducting stakeholder interviews. Develop comprehensive documents of the discussions in proper business language and format.
- Develop high-quality Client Lab deliverables, surveys, and derive analysis using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Survey Tools, and perform review of relevant data and preparation materials (including stakeholder interview notes) for each Lab.
- Synthesize the Lab data into succinct insights, manage and upload on Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Teams for data capturing, reporting, and maintenance of Client Lab records.
- Coordinate with executive level external clients, business teams, and senior Deloitte leaders (including Clients & Industry leaders, function leaders, and the leaders of high-priority client accounts).
- Be innovative to pilot efficient approaches to enhance our offerings, including data analysis.
- Develop and manage the first line of direct reports as a reporting lead, providing leadership, development, and coaching focusing on people and conflict management, as a people manager and develop team.
- Proven problem solver with expertise in providing feedback, developing, and coaching team members, and evaluating their performance.
- Collaborate with team, peers, and seniors with active knowledge development and share best practices to achieve common team goals.
- Act as the recruiting lead and proactively manage the entire recruitment cycle, when we open hiring.
Requisite core skills/Experience:
- Strong business communication skills and executive presence, with an ability to comprehend, convey information clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple Client Labs, projects and tasks and ensure that all session components are well-coordinated, along with outstanding project management capabilities paired with business acumen.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics and unexpected developments during the Lab.
- Demonstrates aptitude for identifying automation or innovation opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specially in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote.
- Expertise in scheduling calls and managing technology and digital platforms.
- Adopt a client-focused and quality-driven approach, with meticulous attention to detail, customized to the specific needs of each stakeholder and situation.
- Proven experience thriving in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Possesses experience in a professional services firm or a strong understanding of its operations, along with experience working on a global team.
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
- Academic qualification: Master's degree (preferably MBA)
- Work experience: 7 - 9 years
- Location: Hyderabad. Hybrid work week (flexible to travel as per business need and work across diverse time zones and geographical regions in India)
- Work timing: 02:00pm to 11:00pm regular. Flexible/alternate work hours based on the Client Lab session schedules.
