The Deloitte Client Labs team at Deloitte US India offers immersive labs designed to drive significant breakthroughs for clients and account leadership visiting in India. By leveraging behavioral science, analytics, technology, and expert facilitation, we create environments that foster innovation, strategic insights, and transformative results. The Client Labs team works in partnership with Deloitte Client Experiences and Client and Market Growth teams and is dedicated to elevating experience of the visiting clients and account leaders to deepen relationships, innovation, and opportunities that lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Our team’s key focus is to provide exceptional client service to Breakthrough Labs and support the development of confidential, high-end quality deliverables to strengthen our Deloitte PPD’s Client relationships. Work you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Be a liaison and work closely with the Lead Lab Producer, Client Labs Lead, cross-functional business/account teams, and Facilitator to manage the pre-during-post Client Lab project responsibilities. On the day of Client Lab, deliver client-facing support by working closely with the Lab Facilitator.
  • Perform comprehensive research to identify relevant account challenges, client, and competitors’ landscape, and integrate essential functional area expertise (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) into the development of Lab design materials.
  • Coordinate for logistics, work with designers, vendors, A/V and operations team, by being on top of key activities to ensure their timely completion, while managing communication and seamless coordination with Deloitte University and cross-functional support teams and stakeholders.
  • Capture detailed notes during stakeholder interviews with C-Suite/senior executives and Lab preparation meetings and assist conducting stakeholder interviews. Develop comprehensive documents of the discussions in proper business language and format.
  • Develop high-quality Client Lab deliverables, surveys, and derive analysis using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Survey Tools, and perform self-review of relevant data and preparation materials (including stakeholder interview notes) for each Lab.
  • Synthesize the Lab data into succinct insights, manage and upload on Salesforce, SharePoint, and MS Teams for data capturing, reporting, and maintenance of Client Lab records.
  • Coordinate with executive level external clients, business teams, and senior Deloitte leaders (including Clients & Industry leaders, function leaders, and the leaders of high-priority client accounts).
  • Continue to explore and pilot innovative approaches to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Any MBA/Masters/Post-graduation.
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, MS Teams, OneNote, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Proven/demonstrated problem solver and critical thinker, capable of identifying effective solutions to scheduling conflicts/managing multiple executive calendars. Strong project management skills and has logical thinking ability.
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working independently and proactively, while operating effectively in situations of ambiguity.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and dependable.
  • Good executive presence, strong business writing, and presentation skills.
  • Work on tight deadlines and agreed SLAs, and be client and quality-centric with attention to details, tailored for each client.
  • Comply with Deloitte USI Firm policies and maintain confidentiality for all our clients.
  • Be responsible for self-reviewing tasks before delivery.
  • Be able to coordinate with disparate resources, and work with professionals across different geographies.
  • Disseminate knowledge and best practices to facilitate collective team objectives and promote efficient, unified collaboration.
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, and practice professional behavior to the dynamics of the process and work culture.
  • Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements.
  • Ability to understand and address client challenges and develop key talking points, selecting a speaking style and approach best suited for the situation and audience.

 In addition, the Senior Analyst will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Act as a liaison and communicate directly with senior leaders, ensuring that information shared with the stakeholders is clear, concise, and relevant.
  • Provide recommendations through big picture thinking to improve and enhance efficiency.
  • Practice an innovative mindset to provide value-added suggestions and alternate ways of doing things.
  • Work under tight deadlines with agreed SLAs, prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to dynamics of the process and practice professional behavior at work.
  • Be an effective listener and pay attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility.

Work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

Preferred

  • Deloitte experience
  • Secondary research skill is an added advantage.
  • Experience in a professional service firm.
  • Salesforce user experience

Location: Hyderabad. Hybrid work week (flexible to travel as per business need and work across diverse time zones and geographical regions in India)

Work timing: 02:00pm to 11:00pm regular. Flexible/alternate work hours based on the Client Lab session schedules.
