Motion Graphic Designer/Audio-Video Editor cum Producer – Enabling Areas Communications

Work you’ll do:

We are looking for someone who can translate ideas into visual story telling in an informative, engaging, and simple way. The candidate will be part of the Communications Media and Technology – a subgroup of the U.S. India Communications team. The candidate will support the team as a video and audio professional on a full-time basis, working on video production, motion graphics, post-production, audio editing, and sound mixing. He/she will work with internal clients to develop, deliver and monitor media solutions that leverage the latest from the industry and current in-house practices.

The editor should be able to create and present concepts and storylines for a general audience using multiple forms of media (video, animation, stills, graphics, audio etc.)

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate closely with scriptwriters to develop videos, motion graphics, and audio podcasts.

  • Hands-on experience in the following fields-

Conceptualizing, Story boarding, Video editing, Motion graphics production, Sound editing, Graphic designing, Photo/video equipment handling, Camera and lighting setup for live video shoots, Podcast production.

  • Good at selecting, editing, and incorporating content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of production.

·        Explore and implement emerging technologies, plug-ins, and softwares.

Technical skills requirements:

  • Expert in Adobe Effects, Audition, and Premiere Pro
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Music composing on digital tools, Voiceovers, or any of the instrument playing will be added advantage
  • Having been involved in the entire audio post-production process which will include one or more of these things-Audio/sound editing, Audio clean-up, Sound designing/editing (sound effects, foley, ambience, etc), working with production music to enhance the deliverable.
  • Having an experience in emerging technologies like AR/VR/MR, will be an added advantage.
  • A good eye for type, color, fonts, and movement is essential
  • Very good at production elements like videography, audio recording (both virtually and inside a studio).


Soft skills requirements:

  • English fluency
  • Adequate proficiency in email communication
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually. Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership from an operations standpoint
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) consistently
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle
  • Work well in a global, diverse team environment and quickly adapt to change management
  • Capable of generating fresh ideas, and a contemporary approach to motion design, video editing, audio editing, and post-production
  • Resourceful, diligence, and attention to detail are essential

The team

The communications team comprises of passionate professionals who specialize in Internal Communications, Public Relations, and Communications Technology. Based out of the Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai offices, the teams act as strategic advisors to key clients, stakeholders and the region’s leadership; develop communication strategies to help drive business and region-specific priorities, and ensure professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work, remain engaged and have the right work-life fit. 

Qualifications

Graduate or post-graduate (B.Sc / B.Tech / BFA / MCA / MFA) in a related field (fine arts, multimedia production, journalism, or social sciences) with relevant technical training in video and digital design and production.
