Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager – Quality and Compliance – Government & Public Services (GPS) – Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE)

Work you’ll do
As a Quality and Compliance Manager on our team you will:
• Properly interpret solicitation requirements governing document content and organization
• Review draft proposals to ensure they address solicitation requirements clearly and our response is compelling
• Provide clear and effective communications and handle responsibilities across multiple, concurrent projects
• Provide document management and controls
• Work collaboratively with client team to ensure Quality and Compliance feedback is provided in a timely and actionable manner
• Provide guidance on large, complex opportunities regarding proposal structure / outline
• Effective use of procedures, tools and templates
• Provide accurate and timely communications regarding document status
• Adjust to shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to bring creativity and original thinking to the framing and structuring of proposal
• Develop quality and compliance tools and best practices for use by GPS account practitioners
• Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge base of successful pursuit compliance practices
Qualifications
Required
• SA - 3-5 years of experience in pursuit/bid management Have approximately, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)/ Technology
• AM - 7+ years of work experience with minimum of five (3-5) years in proposal management/proposal development, Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)/ Technology, 2+ years’ experience in supervising teams
Preferred
• Experience in US Federal and/or State Government proposal development
• Knowledge and understanding of Federal / State procurement regulations and practices
• Training in formal capture/proposal methodologies
Skills
• Experience in leading large and complex proposals
• Excellent communicator – both written and oral
• Experience leading teams in strategic and tactical discussions
• Ability to Gather information through appropriate technologies and network; analyze data to create content to best position the pursuit team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• A team player with an outstanding ability to work with people at all levels, including senior executives
• Demonstrated ability to influence others, from staff to senior leaders through a strong presence, thoughtful challenges, and use of sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including aptitude for building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems
• Keen listener, with the ability to quickly grasp ideas to be reflected in written documents and presentations
• Ability to read situations and adapt leadership style to achieve results
• Ability to work with grace and efficiency in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
