Work you’ll do:
- Work with Integrated Channel Strategy leads in US and USI to build a data-driven marketing team
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across the organization to design and drive impactful marketing programs
- Keep abreast with the changes in the business environment and the marketing strategies being adopted by key competitors
- Join strategic conversations to advise and support the development of digital campaigns
- Research competitor advertising presence and use strategy and tactics that help us get a higher SOV
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Search, Programmatic, YouTube, etc.
- Develop organic strategies for search and social campaigns
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess campaign ROI
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless user experience from ad to conversion on landing page
- Illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text
Required skills and professional experience:
- Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
- Excellent digital marketing knowledge in areas including – Paid media, Organic, Email and Web
- 6+ years experience in developing and executing impactful digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment
- Ability to plan, analyze, and present data in easy-to-consume visualization
- Understanding of marketing funnel and working on tactics that address tackle objectives across the funnel
- Can act and work as a digital expert/advisor to leaders providing insightful suggestions around strategy, planning and impact reporting of various digital campaigns
- Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Attention to detail with an ability to take critical decisions and develop plans to execute
- Persuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus
- Expertise in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Sprinklr and other adtech/martech tools
