Graphic Designer—Assistant Manager—Hyderabad

As an experienced Graphic Design professional, you will play a key role in the development of marketing and other related design assets and collaterals for print and digital media; working closely with the offshore and onshore stakeholders.

Work you’ll do

·       Work with the internal and client account teams to develop concepts and creative solutions on high value client-facing, marketing, and client experience projects

·       Analyse expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines

·       Develop visual themes, storyboards, layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, and high fidelity prototypes

·       Collaborate with internal team/stakeholder to understand the scope of the project and plan the execution

·       Work closely with developers to seamlessly integrate designs into interactives

Qualifications

Required skills:

·       Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)/BSc. Visual Communication, or equivalent degree with Media/Communication

·       7-10 years of creative/visual communication design experience with strong project management, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills

·       Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

·       Good aesthetic sense and knowledge on typography, color, and various design styles/trends

·       Knowledge in Corporate communications and Brand identities and the ability to execute highly creative projects with adherence to brand guidelines

·       Ability to translate complex information/analytics into compelling visual communications

·       Ability to mentor junior designers and manage select projects

·       Ability to understand business and marketing goals and recommend creative solutions

·       Strong written and oral communication skills
