Assistant Manager (CL4), Graphic Designer - Account Based Marketing

The team:
As an experienced Graphic Design professional, you will play a key role in the development of marketing and other related design assets and collateral for print and digital media; working closely with offshore and onshore stakeholders. You’ll develop strategy-driven visual content for digital and social channels and account-based marketing campaigns. This individual is accountable for creative, brand-compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional documents. Being a great team player, creative, flexible, and efficient is key to success.
Work you’ll do:
- Produce distinctive designs in a variety of media including print, digital, motion, using Adobe creative cloud applications
- Interact with client service professionals to develop conceptual designs supporting the messaging strategy. Understand information and concepts, and transform them into understandable, yet creative solutions for high value client-facing and marketing projects.
- Collaborate with marketers and business teams to conceptualize imagery and win themes, and ensure that key messages are enhanced through design
- Develop creative storyboards, visual themes, illustrations and layouts for brochures, infographics, presentations, webpages, digital ads, and other promotional material.
- Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, Creative Directors, and business teams, from understanding of an expectation, execution, to delivery
- Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines
- Use project management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and maintain visibility of project workflows
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)/ BSc. Visual Communication, or equivalent degree with Media/Communication
- 5–8 years of creative design/ visual communication design in Marketing/Marketing Communication design space. Minimum 1–3 years of working with an offshore delivery center preferred.
- Mastery-level expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Advanced-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Online portfolio that showcases your creative expertise required - include with resume and provide password if required
- Strong illustration skills (not necessarily freehand)
- Good aesthetic sense and knowledge on typography, color, and various design styles/trends
- Knowledge in Corporate communications and Brand identities and the ability to execute highly creative projects with adherence to brand guidelines
- Ability to translate complex information/analytics into compelling visual communications
- Ability to present ideas and recommendations, and negotiate and persuade stakeholders to embrace new and unorthodox ideas
- Good project management, client relationship management, and time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing creative designs within tight deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred
- Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field
- Experience and working knowledge of Digital Publishing (Adobe DPS, iBook Author), Responsive Web-Design (HTML5, JQuery, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Muse, Adobe Edge), UX/UI applications (Figma, XD), and Motion graphics/Video/Audio editing (Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition)
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience in Workfront
