About the USI Client Experience program

The USI Client Experience program is a strategic offering to support account teams strategize, design, plan, and deliver experiences for clients to meet the objectives of their visit to USI.

This team manages the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of client experience programs and initiatives the ensures a best-in-class client experience during their visit to USI. They specialize in executing client visits by taking over key activities like logistics, content coordination, creative services, communications, event coordination, etc., allowing the account team to focus on messaging and delivery.

About the role

As Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for putting together a visual concept aligned to the experience designed for clients during their visit to the Deloitte USI offices. You will own the conceptualization and delivery of visual design deliverables for client visits.

Key responsibilities

Client visit support activities

  • Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and lead graphic design initiatives by establishing conceptual and stylistic direction
  • Develop creative storyboards, initial graphic concepts, visual themes, illustrations and layouts for client visit materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, and other digital or print materials
  • Deliver design solutions that have a high visual impact and stands out in the internal and external market.
  • Responsible for the design of projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Experience Manager and account teams in the production of their visit materials
  • Guide junior designers on the team and work closely with other creative professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions
  • Understand Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines and develop customized, high-quality designs for various client deliverables


Ongoing activities

  • Curate and build a library of ready-to-use templates for future visits
  • Scan for different ways to infuse design elements to the client visit experience
  • Provide insights and recommendations for service improvement to the Client Experience Manager and Lead

Required qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience using design software and conceptualizing, creating, and editing graphics
  • Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements, pitch design concepts, iterate on content, and deliver the final product (or similar relevant experience)
  • Experience collaborating within a small-to-medium-sized team of creatives
  • History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions 

Professional qualifications, work location and timings

  • Academic qualification: Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Visual Communications or commensurate experience.
  • Preference for experience in UX Design
  • Proficient in using industry standard design applications: Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint) and Print.
  • 3 – 4 years of relatable experience
  • Location: Hyderabad. Hybrid work week (flexible to travel as per business need and work across diverse time zones and geographical regions in India)
  • Work timing: 11:00am to 08:00pm regular. Flexible/alternate work hours based on the Client Lab session schedules.
