Demand Generation Lead Routing Specialist

Work you’ll do:

In this role, you’ll contribute to the growth and development of the organization in a variety of ways. Every day you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills to bring big ideas to life. We celebrate inquisitive team players who can regularly anticipate, adjust, and act in a rapidly changing market and marketing landscape—and find new opportunities within it.

Here are few of other responsibilities:

  • Manage lead queues and Salesforce CRM inputs, and route to correct lead outreach contact within Deloitte; field Demand Generation capability and campaign-related questions from lead outreach contacts, who are often senior stakeholders.
  • Provide value-add communications to internal stakeholders regarding actionable insights for lead outreach.
  • Support feedback loops between Marketing, Sales, Business, and Account teams to improve quality and quantity of leads and lead response rates.
  • Guide teams through established processes for tracking to ensure attribution and measurable ROI on campaign activity.
  • Contribute to solutioning for data and systems integration or other enhancements to support lead routing, complete data profiles, and lead reporting and analytics.
  • Experience effectively managing projects by developing work plans, obtaining approvals, estimating, and tracking resource requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record with complex teams and/or organizations, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and virtual teams.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with CRM platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative and proactive "can-do" mentality.
  • Ability to present ideas, provide rationale, and make recommendations to leaders and their teams.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred.
  • Understanding of MarTech and AdTech platforms

Education and Experience:

  • Must have a Post Graduate degree or equivalent (Preferably MBA)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Demand Generation and front-end Salesforce CRM

  • 2 PM to 11.00 PM
  • Location – Hyderabad Office
