Applied AI Strategic Growth Offering | Market Activation Strategy & Operations Deputy Manager

Are you passionate about Generative AI and staying on top of the latest market trends? We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of the current Generative AI market landscape and wants to play a role in shaping its future at Deloitte and supporting go to market activity. As a part of our Applied AI Strategic Growth offering, you will work closely with our sales executives to understand, analyze, and create insights for Generative AI activity to identify best practices and create sales materials. You will also be responsible for managing a large content repository, and ensuring our teams bring the best of Deloitte to serve our clients. This team member should be a self-starter with a strong understanding of professional services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the Generative AI market and its trends
  • Management and organizational skills, with a very strong attention to detail
  • Big picture thinker with an ability to manage multiple and complex business priorities
  • Ability to make connections and integrate opportunities to increase value for client delivery
  • Ability to take critical decisions and develop plans to execute
  • Good team leading skills with experience working in large virtual teams
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to create compelling materials
  • Experience in product management and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive strategic objectives
  • Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support sales motions

What you’ll do:

As a Market Strategy Deputy Manager in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization in a variety of ways.


Key job responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating across account team leadership to identify trends in client journeys, using data to support new go to market strategies and source leading Generative AI materials
  • Creating sales collateral that highlights significant Generative AI trends and opportunities
  • Joining conversations to advise and support the development of Deloitte’s Generative AI market strategies
  • Maintaining clarity into Deloitte’s Generative AI activity to ensure we are maximizing the value provided to our clients
  • Managing internal Generative AI products which accelerate how we go to market
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards that provide insights into strategic market activity
  • Collecting, managing, and distributing insights / content to teams to support their Generative AI market activities
  • Reporting on Generative AI market activation metrics to provide leadership with accurate views of the current state of Generative AI landscape

Qualifications and experience required:

  • A master’s degree ideally with a focus in Computer Science, Information Systems, or management would be preferred
