Senior Analyst – Client Agendas & Industries
We are looking for a self-starter with a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills and strong marketing delivery skills. In this role, you’ll be involved in accelerating growth and reporting, working with our Australian ‘Client Agendas & Industries’ lead and team members. As part of this team, you will have exposure to a variety of firm initiatives and be constantly challenged to deliver value to clients through our sector programs and campaigns. You will have access to all resources that will help to develop your professional skills.
What you’ll do
- Support ‘Client Agendas & Industries’ program initiatives including Marquee campaigns
- Provide key insights, data and ideas as inputs to the campaign brief
- Follow-up with delivery teams by facilitating weekly calls to ensure campaign deliverables are on track
- Manage senior stakeholders (including Client Agenda, Industry and Sector leaders)
- Enable excellence in operations through:
- Sector internal communications and team site collaboration
- Co-owning the development and maintenance of Sector communication assets, onboarding, reporting, etc
- Prepare detailed planners and reports to ensure effective project delivery, stakeholder communications, and reporting. You ask the right questions to understand needs and goals, challenge the status quo, provide impactful ideas, suggest alternatives and be able to articulate pros and cons
- Scope, plan, research, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights
- Support marketing initiatives to produce deliverables including, thought leadership (whitepapers, reports, surveys, etc.), Deloitte-hosted and third-party events, externally facing videos and webcasts, speaking opportunities
Qualifications and experience required
- 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing support with exposure to campaign management
- End-to-end marketing campaign management focused on any industry/sector is a plus
- Experience with common project management methodologies and best practice
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Good understanding of marketing in a professional services firm – marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
- Understanding of digital and key social media platforms
- Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
- Attention to detail with an ability to take ownership, make decisions, and execute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Should be able to convey complex research ideas in a compelling and easier way through writing
