Resource Management Information Services – Analyst

At Deloitte, we are looking at hiring RM professional who can work closely with any of the businesses - Audit, Advisory, Consulting or Tax to manage their unique business models of staffing, demand forecast, resource utilization and professional connect. An eye for details, experts in governance and having strong skills in managing expectation of the business professionals is an advantage. Resource Management teams have the unique position and knowledge to manage Talent and business processes.

Work you’ll do

As an RM professional, an analyst gets an opportunity to use various tools for scheduling, data management, immigration processes and analysis. They continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources for US, Global Member firms & USI. 

Your key responsibilities include:

As an Analyst in the Information Services you will be responsible in the deployment of practitioners with a focus on operational efficiency, process excellence, and customer experience. It is expected you will have a thorough knowledge of the staffing tools and processes. Some of the key deliverables will be:

  • Maintain high level of proficiency in all resource management tools and relevant Deloitte technology resources
  • Ensure Hygiene factors for the assigned population are met as defined by the respective FS(Stafftrak/Staffit compliance, Resume Compliance etc.)
    • Data Research, Analysis & Reconciliation
    • Lead/streamline activities/reports/offices (Focus on taking activities to next level)
    • Support the data requirement of Resource Managers
    • Ideate and Build process efficiencies - Understand the business need and come up with best-fit solutions. Work close with counselor toward building efficiencies /automation on processes and projects.

The team

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RMO team culture is open and encourages collaboration, and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and also build their own eminence. From structure standpoint, the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams:

  • Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team
  • Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA (HR) from
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Talent Operations role
  • Require strong data analytics background

Preferred:

  • MS Excel and MS Office experience
