Deloitte USI Sensing & Analytics (S&A) Analyst/Senior Analyst

We are looking for a candidate with a flair for analytical thinking and passion for working with large datasets to generate insights. The candidate must have experience in tech-enabled process automation, data analysis and reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The team:

The Sensing & Analytics (S&A) team brings data-driven insights and market perspectives to inform leadership investment and decisions. This team focuses on strategic programs for Deloitte leadership that enables transparency to client and field insights, firm performance and KPIs, and supports key elements of firm strategy.

Work you’ll do:

This role is best suited for a professional who is data-driven, has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and works well across teams and geographies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help to execute programs across the Sensing & Analytics portfolio, with an emphasis on drawing insights through data analysis.

Skillsets required:

  • High proficiency in Advanced Excel

  • Experience in coding, including with Python

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, driving data issues to resolution

  • Ability to ensure that reports are delivered accurately and as per schedule, even with tight deadlines

  • Agile mindset and ability to quickly pivot and independently learn new technologies while working on high-profile project deliverables

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player, preferably with experience working with teams both in person and virtually.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly developed personal and professional ethics

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree (BE or B.Tech preferred)

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics/coding and use of advanced Excel

  • A good understanding of business fundamentals

  • Experience working with US/global teams on critical projects requiring a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift timing: 2pm to 11pm
