Work you’ll do

Forming part of the globally distributed Deloitte Global People Strategy & Transformation organization, the Deloitte Global Workforce Strategy & Planning Team is seeking a highly motivated Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead. The role is responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to ensure that the organization is set up to deliver its longer-term strategic objectives. The successful candidate will closely partner with senior leaders in the business and wider HR team, to identify workforce needs, develop workforce plans, and monitor progress against those plans.

·        This role will report to our DTTL Workforce Strategy & Planning Leader, responsible for partnering with BU senior leadership and hiring managers to define, build, and implement workforce plans and related hiring strategies in accordance with Deloitte Global’s strategy

·        Work in a consultative and strategic manner to leverage SMEs in recruiting and mobility to build effective timelines, plans, and workforce strategies (i.e., location, hiring types, level, etc.) for short-term and long-term workforce solutions

·        Understand the strategies of our business and the impact of emerging technology, market shifts, and workforce changes to identify talent needs for the future and establish a strategy to ensure the right mix of talent, technologies, and employment models to reach our goals

·        Track and monitor progress, identifying risks and opportunities

·        Serve as the primary point of contact/advisor for Resourcing talent across businesses Collaborate with business leadership, Finance and Talent to plan for and project headcount needs

Qualifications

·        10-14 years related experience in strategic initiatives related to HR, workforce planning/management, and/or resource management

·        Seasoned Manager (will consider Senior Manager) with proven experience effectively managing stakeholders

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence at an executive level, and the ability to tell customized end-to-end headcount progress-to-goal and movement stories will be critical for success

·        Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel)

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Hyderabad

Work timings: 2PM-11PM
