As a member of the Office of the Chief People Officer, you will work closely to project manage and support the activities of the People Executive Team. You will lead weekly calls and drive accountability by setting clear agendas and defining action items. Using the information learned in the weekly executive meetings, you will be asked to build executive presentation materials and support follow up meetings as needed
Work you'll do
· Monitor calendar along with executive assistant, prepare materials for meetings, support agenda planning and follow-up actions
Support communications for People & Operations:
· Work in tandem with Internal Change Communications to review messaging, support distribution
· Serve as People Strategy & Transformation communications liaison to represent team activities to prepare monthly People communications calendar
Own People Executive team planning:
· Plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular People Executive (PX) meetings, including occasional off-sites
· Collect and disseminate meeting materials; capture meeting minutes and share following meetings
· Track and follow-up on action items to reinforce action accountability
· Organize and update Executive teams site so reference materials, notes, and action items are easily found
Lead DTTL People & Operations business continuity planning:
· In partnership with Global Security Office, lead the annual refresh of the People Business Continuity Planning activities, including any potential audits required
· Act as coordinator in the event of any crisis activities
Lead People & Operations MF Standard response:
· Update, annually, the DTTL response for Member Firm Standard 3 with guidance from Global People and Purpose
Project-mange strategic initiatives:
· Provide project management support for critical initiatives driven by PX leaders
· Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive data or project plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's /Master’s degree
- 10-13 of experience in project management
- Executive management and experience supporting senior leaders
- Detail orientation, time management skills
- Exceptional teaming and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience working on a virtual team, and proven ability to work both independently and within a team
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to manage competing demands, prioritizing critical and time sensitive needs
- Works independently to meet deadlines and drive completion of tasks and deliverables
- Executive presentation skills
