People Advisory - Analyst-Px Specialist

Work you'll do

·       Deliver top-quality client service; represent the Talent/People Advisory function for Deloitte Global. Interface with local client population, where appropriate, to facilitate straightforward local issues.  Use judgment to escalate non-routine problems to the appropriate Talent Advisor/HR Leader who will determine course of action for resolution.

·       Understand the HR website and other Deloitte online resources to better serve and educate the client on self-service via the Intranet.

·       Deliver excellent service, in line with HR process requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.

·       Assist with the goal-setting, mid-year and year-end performance management processes; manage logistics, note taking during meetings, and consolidation of results from meetings for Talent Advisors to analyze and roll-up to business leader; provide support to employees on system-related issues as needed. Also, wherever possible, provide insights on PM aspects of professionals that may help Talent Advisors to take a call on other HR processes applicable.

·       Own end-to-end all HR system transactions - Process all HR-related action changes including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations and cost center changes with a high degree of accuracy and according to established deadlines.

·       Own end-to-end all new hire Orientation/On-boarding - Assist with new hire orientation and on boarding activities including the assignment of buddies and welcome emails.

·       Own end-to-end exit process/ interviews – Manage exit process including data collection, interviews and management and analysis of exit surveys.

·       Coordinate logistics for all Talent Advisory team meetings and provide insights if any, that would be helpful for Talent advisors to carry out during these meetings.

·       Coordinate employee participation on required Deloitte learning programs working directly with the client – To work on Nomination eligibility list based on criteria defined, help with processing exception requests, etc

·       Assist with year-end compensation process as required

·       Run reports and data analysis for Talent Advisors and our clients as required

·       Maintain employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations

·       Participate in ad hoc HR projects as needed (e.g. employee survey administration; preparing communications & presentations; learning program nominations)

Work Location – Hyderabad

Shift timings – 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Qualifications

·       MBA-HR (Tier 2 & 3 colleges)

·       2-4 years of work experience – Analyst. 

·       Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of HR procedures and processes

·       Experience dealing with difficult people in an effective and professional manner

·       Effective project management skills

·       Intermediate to advanced skill with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP and SharePoint preferred

·       A client-service focus; a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure 

·       Ability to work using your own initiative

·       Ability to organize work in a fluid and fast-moving environment

·       Impeccable judgment and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to advise on sensitive issues and facilitate local issues

·       Exceptional attention to detail

·       Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ensure quality of all standard Human Resources function and firm wide reports
