About the Office of Global Transformation
The purpose of the Transformation and Innovation team is to accelerate transformation through innovative change across Deloitte’s global and in-country operations enabled by globally integrated, consistent, and transparent business processes, investment frameworks, and program leadership. We manage related strategic projects and coordinate heavily with global teams. We report to the Chief Transformation Officer and have frequent exposure to the COO, CIO, CFO, and other senior leaders across Deloitte.
About the role
As a professional in our India offices of the US (USI), your work will involve supporting the coordination and orchestration of a variety of strategic projects related to business transformation, cost leadership, shared services enablement, and change management, driving assigned workstreams independently, with guidance from the leaders. You will be expected to:
Innovate:
Research solutions, frameworks, and methodologies to address specific project needs.
Contribute to the formulation of strategy and implementation plans for projects.
Assist in establishing analytical frameworks for solving business problems.
Execute:
Contribute to the execution of projects with multiple stakeholders.
Support the coordination of Global Transformation and Innovation discussions with senior leaders.
Assist in identifying and communicating project risks.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using various analytics platforms.
Support the execution of strategic projects.
Transform:
Assist in measuring and monitoring return on investment across businesses and geographies.
Participate in internal and external research, including interviews and data gathering.
Collaborate with internal clients and contribute to effective working relationships.
Assist in creating content for presentations and reports for senior DTTL leadership.
Requisite core skills
- A high degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment.
- An ability to synthesize large sets of data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of corporate development, strategy, and scenario planning.
- Proficiency in quantitative skills.
- Good research and presentation skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Preference for advanced degree (MBA or other), but no strict requirement. On-the-job experience in a similar role is more important than academic credentials.
- Work experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working on internal consulting teams or client service teams at a large professional services firm
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones (team includes US, Canada, and India members)
Work hours: typically, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, but flexible
