Work you will do:

As part of the PPDS team, the Process and Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, as well as enabling reporting that aligns with it. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of SPM solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow SPM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, priorities and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow SPM features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow SPM solutions.

·       Develop and maintain reporting tools and templates to support business decision-making.

·       Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

·       Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

·       B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow SPM or ITBM (IT Business Management).

·       Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and SPM modules (e.g., Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management).

·       Strong knowledge of end-to-end Demand Management.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a must.

·       ServiceNow certification in SPM or ITBM is preferred.

·       Knowledge on other ServiceNow modules is a plus

·       CMST, CMSQ, CBAP or CCBA certifications are a plus.

Required Skills:

·       Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Foster a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members.

·       Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must.

·       Excellent organizational, analytical, planning and leadership skills.

·       Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.

  • Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work in different timings to support our global stakeholders, Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Tools and Technologies:

  • ServiceNow SPM
  • Understanding of Software development lifecycle (Waterfall/Agile/SAFe)
  • Basic knowledge on project management principles
  • Visio
  • Experience with other Microsoft tools is highly desired: Office - MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
