Manager - SAP ABAP Technical Delivery Manager - Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Lead Analysis, plan, design, development/configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements to enable Finance business processes. Requires high level of skills in supporting core Finance applications. Must be innovative.

A shared services center is a simple concept, but making it work is anything but easy. It involves consolidating and standardizing a wildly diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. And if requires a high degree of cooperation among business units that generally are not accustomed to working together – with people who do not necessarily want to change.

USI shared services team provides a wide array of services to the U.S. and it is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Work you’ll do

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP Finance team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to Finance clients. You will be responsible for delivering SAP ABAP Finance solutions to support Deloitte US Member Firm. Additional responsibilities include designing and deploying custom products and complex workflows.

·        Lead all activities related to SAP implementation projects and Support for Deloitte Core Finance Applications.

·        Ensures that all SAP project/Support goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. 

·        Work with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements

·        Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes

·        Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.

·        Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other teams.

·        Ensure Creation and maintenance of internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed.

·        Liaise with a learning group to provide input into training materials

·        Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects

·        Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

·        Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

·        Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.

·        Motivate team members and others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

·        Convey and report status to global business leads and all other key stakeholders.

·        Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.

Education & Experience Required:

Required:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or MCA or equivalent degree.

·        More than 9+ years expertise in SAP with minimum 3+ years of experience leading SAP projects.

·        Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.

Preferred but not Mandatory:

·        Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master (SSM)

·        Working knowledge of Travel and Expense modules

·        Working knowledge of SAP HCM Module

·        Experience in SAP Gateways is preferred but not mandatory.

Location: Hyderabad /Bengaluru /Pune

Work timings: 11AM to 8PM
