Within the GCS, we are Engagement & Transformation Pillar (E&T), supporting cross pillar integration and community while driving alignment to and execution of our Global Consulting Services strategy through six key levers – Engagement & Integration, Change, Communications, Office of Global Consulting Services (OGCS), Strategic PMO, and Leadership Talent.
The Office of the Global Consulting Services Leader team serves as strategic enablers, facilitating and steering key decisions for the Global Consultative Services Leader by orchestrating and executing essential strategic projects. They take the helm in managing executive leadership engagements, ensuring seamless integration across a broad network that includes PPMDs, Chiefs of Staff (CoS), delegates, and stakeholders. This role is central to aligning and mobilizing the leadership towards achieving shared objectives.
Overview of the role
The OGCS, Manager will be a key member of broader GCS Engagement & Transformation Pillar supporting leaders and teams in the execution and operations across the global strategic plans and priorities. The Office of GCS team is responsible for providing strategic leverage to GCS Leader(s) to implement long term vison and meet overall business aspirations. The positions are long term leadership support roles, with opportunities to grow as the Global Office expands.
Work you’ll do
Enable global leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help to accelerate execution of our Global Consulting Services strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying, and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways. The professional will work with the India colleagues and senior leaders across global consulting services practice. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Consulting Services business, strategic priorities to enable sharing of insights, trends, and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate. They will drive the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize outcomes, demonstrate strong analytical and business writing skills, offer team guidance including project reviews, and develop impactful narratives with recommendations based on research and analysis. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the global firm and Consulting Services leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.
Key responsibilities
You will make an impact by working with senior leaders on the following:
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of select strategic projects with a strong focus on delivery through effective delegation and collaboration
• Lead a cross-functional and geographically diverse team, coaching team members to foster their professional growth, enhance the firm’s impact and effectively deliver on strategic priorities
• Exhibit robust stakeholder management skills to establish sustainable upwards relationships with leadership, and downward relationships with team members
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, decompose high–level information into details, and assimilate low-level data to create actionable insights for Executive audiences
• Drive agenda development and building supporting materials for critical leadership forums such as Executive Leadership meetings
• Contribute to help design, plan and run leadership and platform integration meetings
• Demonstrate robust project management skills, to manage multiple core projects effectively across multiple workstreams
• Elevate streamlining and operational efficiency for regular deliverables and team processes
• Partner with senior leaders and their teams to drive global alignment around strategic priorities and support launch of new initiatives
• Requisite core skills

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
• Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
• Work experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience
• Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
• Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Delhi
• Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
• Work hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (expected to be flexible with time zones)
