Deputy Manager – SAP SD/Functional Lead - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The Functional Lead will be responsible for enabling the USI functional team to operate on the prioritized enhancements, support with functional design, working closely with technical team through the SSDLC. Bringing meaningful documentation in the form of BRD, Functional specifications. Working with cross process teams, business and liaison teams to ensure smooth execution, dependency checks, impact analysis. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions in the CPM Area (pricing & forecasting processes primarily)
Key Responsibilities:
· Relevant experience – 8 to 10 Years
· Primary Skills – Hands on with SAP SD or PS (7 - 10yrs for L4 level) with strong Basics – Configurations, Transactions, Reports
· Secondary Skills – Working experience in any ERP systems, Ability to convert Business Requirements to System and Technical solutions and operate as a BSA
· Should have at least 2 E2E Implementation experience in S/4 Hana and 2 Support projects.
· Working knowledge on Integration between SD and other core modules like FICO/PS/MM.
· Should be able to design and configure business scenarios.
· Experience in Safe agile practices and Microsoft ADO.
· Experience in writing functional specifications for new developments / change requests.
· Experience in Day to Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closure.
· Experience in Testing - Test Plan, Test Case Specifications, Test Scenarios etc. for functionality testing
· Able to work as Individual contributor and team player with excellent communication skills(verbal and written)
· Quick learner and excellent analytical skills.
· Ability to learn and adapt to new functionality/technology quickly; Also able to explain technical information to technical or non-technical people
· Sound Analytical and problem solving skills
· Good Communications skills and ability to handle customer expectations & escalations
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects efficiently
· Ability to solve problems creatively, work effectively in a collaborative environment

Qualifications
· Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
· 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
