Position Summary

Application Architect AI/ML, Gen AI, and Cloud

Job Summary:

In the role of an Application Architect specializing in AI/ML, designing and building resilient, scalable, and inventive solutions using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities is essential. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams involves grasping business needs, pinpointing AI/ML integration prospects, and architecting cloud platform-utilizing designs. Familiarity with SAP systems is beneficial but not obligatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to leverage AI/ML and Generative AI in enhancing the efficacy and streamlining of technology and business processes.
  • Design end-to-end architectures for AI/ML-and Gen AI driven applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, tools, and technologies based on project requirements.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions and leverage cloud services for deploying and managing AI/ML models.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in AI/ML, cloud computing, and related technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of NLP libraries like NLTK, spaCy.
  • Deep learning expertise (CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, ADF, BigQuery, Databricks).
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Data engineering skills (ETL processes).
  • Familiarity with NLP APIs (OpenAI, Google Cloud NLP).
  • Knowledge on Flask, Waitress, Fast-API.
  • Understanding of Authorization and Authentication like Oauth2.0, JWT, SSO.
  • UI framework experience in Streamlit, Session Handling.
  • Experience with Vector DB and No-SQL DB – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Chroma DB
  • RAG, Prompt Engineering with OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral AI
  • Community exposure on Medium, Kaggle, Hugging face.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role with a focus on AI/ML.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques, with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including proficiency in cloud-native architecture principles and services.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards innovation and continuous improvement.
