Analyst – Senior Windows Platform Intune Operations Engineer – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
This role is to provide operational and administrative management of the Windows Platform Intune environment. The role requires advanced skills in Microsoft Intune, Windows Client management, and Active Directory. The role requires an individual that is familiar with administrative type work and understands the need for solid process and adherence to such.
Work you’ll do
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Experience and/or working understanding of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Windows 10/11 Client, Microsoft Entra ID (AAD)
- Experience of working with Microsoft Patch Management & software lifecycle management in an environment focused on achieving 100% security compliance
- Previous experience in administering Windows Clients
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards
- Provide input to assist with continual improvement
People Management
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets their expectations
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues and work to resolve them efficiently
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
- Contribute to, produce, and maintain processes, procedures, operational and architectural documentation
- Change Control - Ensure compliance with Processes and adherence to standards and documentation
- Assist in training new staff in technical processes and procedures
- Work with GTS leadership and applications teams in reviewing new documentation

The team
Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes, but is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support and work with clients to develop custom enterprise applications. In addition the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. The setup has various groups which provide effective solutions to the customers by following a streamlined system development methodology and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Qualifications:
Education (degree): Bachelors Degree
Other (Explain): College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Professional Qualifications are preferred, including:
- Microsoft Qualifications – Intune Certification desirable but not necessary.
- ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not necessary.
