Executive Manager - Senior Engineering Manager (MS Technologies)
The Engineering Manager is an integral part of the technical application development team and primarily responsible for building and delivering the enterprise IT solutions. This position provides opportunity to lead and manage projects and programs for internal IT organization. Sr. Engineering manager is a hands-on technical manager managing significant strategic and technical aspect of projects and programs, including communications with Leadership, leading multifunctional teams, quality, and adherence to Deloitte standards.

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing Delivery, methods & Tools team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering applications build on Microsoft technology to support US Member firm.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical leadership to application development projects, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
· Implement Agile principles in project execution.
· Conduct effective requirement planning and application design sessions with cross-functional teams.
· Lead and direct technical tasks for the team.
· Ensure the successful implementation of development and application support strategies.
· Foster collaboration and camaraderie among on-shore and off-shore team members.
· Demonstrate hands-on software development experience, contributing to architecture and design.
· Ensure high-quality code with low bug rates is released into production.
· Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to manage the team, projects, and products within the portfolio.
· Work with Business System Analysts and Solution Architects to develop a high-level understanding of the scope and feasibility of technical solutions.
· Oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to meet technology standards and business needs.
· Resolve technical queries from the team and conduct code reviews.
· Develop a strategy for executing product roadmaps in collaboration with channel and business leadership.
· Lead multiple teams effectively.
· Exhibit strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a mentoring mindset.
· Communicate effectively and serve as a mentor to team members.
Support:
· This role is expected to generally work in India business hours with occasional off-hours status meetings with the onshore team.
· During design and key development phases this role may need to work a staggered shift from 11-8pm to ensure appropriate overlap with the India/US team

And if requires a high degree of cooperation among business units that generally are not accustomed to working together – with people who do not necessarily want to change.
USI shared services team provides a wide array of services to the U.S. and it is constantly evaluating and expanding its portfolio. The shared services team provides call center support, Document Services support, financial processing and analysis support, Record management support, Ethics and compliance support and admin assistant support.
Qualifications
Required:
· Education qualification: BE /B Tech (IT/CS/Electronics) / MCA / MSc Computer science
· 13 - 15 years of IT experience in application development, Architecture, support, or maintenance activities
· 5+ years of team leading / management experience (technically and end to end delivery)
· Must have experience on at least full life cycle of software development.
· Hands on experience on ASP.NET , C# , HTML , CSS , JavaScript , React / Angular, SQL server and Microsoft Azure
Preferred:
· 5+ years of experiencing in Agile / scrum methodology / SAFe
· Client facing and exposure to onshore offshore delivery model.
· Experience in working in a global environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM
