ET&A Reporting & Automation Analyst, Analyst
The mission of Quality and Risk Management (QRM) is to manage the risk in our growing and increasingly complex business to improve financial performance and protect the firm’s assets and reputation. We are looking for a high performing Analyst to support the advancement of strategic platform and tool enablement.
Enabling Technology and Analytics (ET&A) team is currently seeking a full-time Analyst, who is self-motivated and thinks outside the box for a reporting & automation role. This job requires serving as a functional expert and performing reporting & automation activity.
Work you’ll do/ Job responsibilities:
- Review requirements and prepare reporting and automation use cases.
- Analyst must be able to provide innovative and creative ideas around data and insightful trends.
- Build and develop Power BI and Tableau reports and continuous enhancements and support for ad hoc data request.
- Develop BOT for the automation in UiPath.
- Be able to write simple to complex SQL queries for data ask and troubleshooting and investigating defects.
- Should be able to write SQL proc, Triggers, Cursor, loops, function etc.
- Be able to work with different data and integration partner for building the technical interface.
- Able to manage business priority in an Agile methodology in Octane tool and keep it UpToDate based on SPIRNT call etc.
- Work collaboratively with others in support of the ET&A team priority initiatives and/or ad hoc activities, as needed.
- Support and suggest ways to continuously improve processes to enhance relationships and business impact.

QRM provides support from pursuit through engagement delivery to anticipate, advise on, and mitigate risks and quality issues. This team promotes innovation, drives efficiencies and collaboration, and provides meaningful insights to manage risk and improve the quality in the way we sell and deliver projects. This results in market differentiation, improved client outcomes, and positions our business to navigate the growing complexity in our engagements.
Qualifications:
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in technical field
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server and UiPath
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business.
· Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to act proactively and take the lead when appropriate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work successfully on a virtual team
- Experience with participating and leading requirement design sessions
- Experience with creating functional design documents
- Knowledge/Experience with UFT and ALM will be added advantages.
- Possess knowledge and experience working with SQL Server and RDMS
- Experience MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Agile software implementation approach
Preferred:
- Automation and/or robotics tool familiarity – MicroFocus UFT, Rational Tooling, and Open-Source Automation Tools (ex: Selenium, Cucumber, OpSoapUI, PostMan, RESTAssured, Mockito)
- Experience with Octane or another lifecycle management tool
