The Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital’s Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. We will help clients navigate the future through Research & Sensing, CulturePath, EngagePath and Change Scout, among others.
Human Capital As-A-Service - Operate For integrating state-of-the-art technology tools into client’s business operation, Deloitte’s Human Capital Operate service provides a suite of cloud-based solutions utilizing custom or packaged software to help clients sustain, extend and improve organizational performance. Current offerings include Workday, HCM Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, ConnectMe, and LaborWise.
We are seeking a certified Consultant specializing in Workday to join the HCAS Workday team. In this highly visible role, you will work very closely with the development and support teams. This is a high growth opportunity position to demonstrate Workday capabilities in both technical and functional areas.
Responsibilities
As part of HCaaS’ “in the service of” philosophy, the Workday Consultant is a crucial member of the service delivery team that will be responsible for cultivating and enabling the relationship between Deloitte and our clients to ensure quality support & maintenance services to our clients. The right candidate will also develop relationships throughout HCaaS and across our Human Capital Offering Portfolio.
Work You’ll Do As a Workday Consultant in our Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
• Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
• Involved for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday HCM space (HCM, Core & Advance Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking, Adaptive Analytics, Prism)
• Deliver Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization
• Conduct Bi-Annual release testing, prepare test plan, scenarios etc. for any enhancement release or M&A/Phase X projects.
• Serve as an SME/SMA to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
• Deliver our AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
• Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
Experience: 7-12 years
Key Skills - for Functional role
• Workday Support/Implementation experience of at least two projects.
• Experience in Workday Core HCM, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Adaptive Analytics, Prism, Payroll, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
• Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules
• Understanding of any industry would be a plus
• Well versed with Configuration Workbooks and Business Process Workbooks
• Skilled in systematically troubleshooting complex issues to a root cause and report out to stakeholders in business language
• Should be proactive with an analytical approach and be creative in implementing sustainable solutions
• Open to exploring & creating self-learning opportunities
• Excellent Communication Skills
Key skills - for Technical role
• Workday Support/Implementation experience of at least two projects.
• Experience in Workday Integrations – EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI Document Transformation, Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services API
• Any HR ERP, Middleware – Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, ADF etc.
• Should have experience in designing and developing EIB’s, Studio, XSLT, DT, PECI
• Should have the ability to have design discussions with the client
• Ability to code, write design / technical specifications, perform code reviews, understand integration strategies, perform data conversions, understand how HR interfaces with other modules
• Experience in understanding of interpreting technical design documents, Integration Landscape
• Excellent Communication Skills
Key skills - for Conversion role
• Should have experience in handling the end-to-end conversions for at least two large Workday projects.
• Must have handled the ETL for two projects
• Ability to handle the mapping discussions between the client stake holders
• Should have the ability to propose the number of prototypes needed for a client
• Excellent Communication Skills
