HC-As-A-Service Offering helps Clients sustain organizational performance and enable ongoing insights into the organization with a comprehensive set of services and solutions that extend the capabilities of the organization with products, solutions and operate capabilities provided as a service.

Our US India regions are a part of our US firm, which enable our consultants to drive world-class client service. They are hence referred to as US India. HC AMS is a rapidly growing service offering and we are looking for talented colleagues to join our practice. Our practice is the leading group for cloud technology work and our consultants are world class driving technical and functional solutions for our clients both in US and globally.

HC-As-A-Service has six Market Offerings:

The HC AMS offering focuses on providing Application Management Services, which include Workday, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, ConnectMe and LaborWise.

Deloitte is looking for candidates having experience in any of the following SAP/SF modules – SAP/SF– Payroll (ECP)

 

Key job responsibilities:

 
  • Provide day-to-day support.
  • Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the application.
  • Learn about new releases and patches and communicate changes to key individuals.
  • Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure the stability of the application.
  • Act as an SAP/SF subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes.
  • Experience of HR processes in a technical capacity – PA/OM, Payroll and EC to ECP to integration
  • Good understanding of payroll control center setup and validations
  • Should have troubleshooting knowledge of payroll schema, PCR’s , Identify and fix errors
  • Strong payroll skills with good understanding of benefits, time management & OM/PA
  • Interfaces testing with mapping and validation
  • Good understanding of Europe payroll countries and taxation
  • Good knowledge on Poland payroll (ZUS, PIT forms, GUS statements, Employment Contract, Tax & Health contribution calculation process)
  • Good knowledge on Ireland payroll (PAYE, PRSI, Health Insurance, Pension, Tax refund process)
  • Good knowledge on Singapore payroll (Social / Central Provident Fund, IRAS, IR8A, IR8S, IR21 reporting , Foreign Work Levy, PRS, SDL, SRS schemes)
  • Good knowledge on country specific tax forms and year end activities
  • Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred
  • Understand Business Processes. Map Business Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Identify, document as-is processes and design & recommend to-be processes
  • Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment.
  • Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of status.
  • Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures.
  • Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions.
  • Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements.
  • Update configuration workbooks when necessary.
  • Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules
  • Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents
  • Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, data
  • Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriate.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues.

Experience: 3-8 years relevant experience in Success Factors

 

Key Skills:

 
  • Functional experience in any of the following SAP/SF modules – Payroll (ECP)
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client.
  • Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue.
  • Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client.
  • Ability to create or update functional design documents.
  • Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches.
 

Qualification: Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
