HC-As-A-Service Offering helps Clients sustain organizational performance and enable ongoing insights into the organization with a comprehensive set of services and solutions that extend the capabilities of the organization with products, solutions and operate capabilities provided as a service.
Our US India regions are a part of our US firm, which enable our consultants to drive world-class client service. They are hence referred to as US India. HC AMS is a rapidly growing service offering and we are looking for talented colleagues to join our practice. Our practice is the leading group for cloud technology work and our consultants are world class driving technical and functional solutions for our clients both in US and globally.

Job description
The SAP/SuccessFactors package within HC AMS focuses on engagements in SAP HCM (on-premise, S4 and cloud) and SuccessFactors product suites. We are looking for people with process, functional, data and technical expertise across the SAP/SuccessFactors technologies in the support landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR/SuccessFactors support / enhancement projects in a functional, technical, data or reporting role.

Key Skills:
General:
• 1-6 years of SAP HR experience and / or SuccessFactors certification / experience
• Should have worked on at least one support project with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements and HR cases
• Good understanding of the product release management, and year-end activities (talent, compensation, payroll, etc.)
• Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment, and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders
• Should have experience of working in large/remote teams
• Experience in Agile tools is preferred (Jira, etc.)
Functional:
• Work with client success teams to translate customer/business needs into technical procedures
• Enhance and maintain our business intelligence platform to deliver improved analytics for end users
• Provide support and streamlining of data consolidation processes
• Understand optimization opportunities based on product roadmap, business challenges and innovation options
• Experience of SAP HR processes across one (or more) areas below:
o Core HR (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration)
o Payroll (On-premise, S4, ECP)
o Mini-master / Replication / Data Migration
• Experience of SuccessFactors product and knowledge in one (or more) modules:
o Employee Central (Core, Global Benefits, Timeoff, Timesheet, Contingent Worker Management, Global Employment)
o Recruiter / Candidate Experience (RCM/RMK)
o Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0
o Performance and Goals Management, Career Development and Planning, Succession Management

Technical:
• SAP development or integration experience
• Design and improve custom data-integration procedures for individual customers
• Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.
• Support development of existing integration points and define the strategy for future integration solutions
• Work with technical teams to consolidate customer processes
• Experience of one (or more) technical areas:
o On-premise technologies:
? HR ABAP (Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, Function Modules, Payroll Operations/Functions, Data Replication, etc.)
o Cloud technologies:
? Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration preferred)
? Cloud Platform (Extension Suite)
? Dell Boomi
