HC-As-A-Service
HC-As-A-Service Offering helps Clients sustain organizational performance and enable ongoing insights into the organization with a comprehensive set of services and solutions that extend the capabilities of the organization with products, solutions and operate capabilities provided as a service.
Our US India regions are a part of our US firm, which enable our consultants to drive world-class client service. They are hence referred to as US India. HC AMS is a rapidly growing service offering and we are looking for talented colleagues to join our practice. Our practice is the leading group for cloud technology work and our consultants are world class driving technical and functional solutions for our clients both in US and globally.
HC-As-A-Service has six Market Offerings:
- Bersin
- ConnectMe
- HC AMS
- Research and Sensing as a service
- Workforce Analytics as a service
- Strategic communications
The HC AMS offering focuses on providing Application Management Services, which include Workday, Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos, ConnectMe and LaborWise.
Deloitte is looking for candidates having technical experience in at least two of the following Oracle Cloud modules – Global Human Resources, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor or Payroll.
Key job responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud application
- Learn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicate changes to key individuals
- Responsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure the stability of the application
- Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes
- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
- Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
- Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of status
- Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
- Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions
- Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements
- Update configuration workbooks when necessary
- Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions
- Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriate
- Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues
Experience: 2-6 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional
Key Skills:
- Functional experience in at least two of the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud– Global Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence, Time and Labor and Payroll modules
- Good understanding of the Business Processes
- Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client
- Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue
- Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client
- Ability to create or update functional design documents
- Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches
Qualification: Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
