The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.The SAP/SuccessFactors offering focuses on engagements in SAP HR and SuccessFactors product suites. We are looking for people with functional expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR/SuccessFactors HR Transformation projects in a functional consultant role. Key job responsibilities: Responsible for successful end to end delivery and management of large-scale global projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, testing, etc.) - 10-15 years of SAP HCM experience and / or SuccessFactors certification / experience
- Experience of HR processes in a technical capacity – PA/OM, Payroll
- Should have worked on at least one implementation project
- Should have experience of working in large/disparate teams
- Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.
- Understand Business Processes
- Identify, document as-is processes and design & recommend to-be processes
- Map Business Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors
- Analyse & identify system limitations and requirement gaps
- Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules
- Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents
- Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, data
- Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hyper care support
- Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points
- Manage and track staffing plan and forecast resource availability based on project budgets
- Work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams
- Use prior experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines
- Ensure client satisfaction targets are achieved
- Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
- Exercise required controls and proposed improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment
- Manage SLAs and projects/CRs plan effectively
- Drive Innovation/Process improvements
- Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources
- Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
- Act as an SAP HR and SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes
- Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
- Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment
Experience: - Min 10yrs in SAP HCM with or without SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is mandatory
Key Skills: - Minimum 10-year experience with successful implementations of the SuccessFactors or HCM solutions
- Certified in one of the SuccessFactors module (Employee Central / LMS/ Compensation/ PMGM/ Succession/ Recruiting/ Onboarding)
- SAP HCM – US Payroll OM, PA
- Minimum of 5 implementations of SuccessFactors within a specific module.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
