HR Strategy & Technology
The HR Strategy & Technology team is a core component of our Human Capital practice – the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
The SAP/SF offering focuses on engagements in SAP HR and SuccessFactors product suites. We are looking for people with functional/technical expertise in SAP HR and SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large SAP HR/SuccessFactors HR Transformation projects in a functional/technical consultant role.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in SAP HCM with or without SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is mandatory
Key Skills – For Functional role
3-6 years of experience with successful implementations of the SuccessFactors
Certified and experienced in one of the SuccessFactors modules - Employee Central/ LMS/ Compensation/ PMGM/ Succession/ Recruiting/ Onboarding 2.0/ US Payroll/ EC Payroll
Minimum of 2 implementations of SuccessFactors within a specific module
Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules
Understanding of any industry would be a plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Key Skills – For Technical role
· 3-6 years of SAP/SF development or integration experience
· Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.
· Experience of one (or more) technical areas:
o HR ABAP (Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, Function Modules, Payroll Operations/Functions, Data Replication, etc.)
o PI/PO
o Fiori/UI5
o Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite)
o Cloud Platform (Extension Suite)
o Dell Boomi
o BTP
Qualifications:
Required B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MCA
