Human Capital as a Service
HC-As-A-Service Offering helps Clients sustain organizational performance and enable ongoing insights into the organization with a comprehensive set of services and solutions that extend the capabilities of the organization with products, solutions and operate capabilities provided as a service.
Our US India regions are a part of our US firm, which enable our consultants to drive world-class client service. They are hence referred to as US India. HC AMS is a rapidly growing service offering and we are looking for talented colleagues to join our practice. Our practice is the leading group for cloud technology work and our consultants are world class driving technical and functional solutions for our clients both in US and globally.
HC-As-A-Service has six Market Offerings:

- HC AMS
- Research and Sensing as a service
- Workforce Analytics as a service

General expectations of your role:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of an AMS project including, System enhancements, Support and Maintenance, in adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Work on Incident Management activities like Incidence logging, Triage, Tracking and Resolution on severity basis, and Problem Management activities of Root Cause Analysis and Error Handling.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a team with other Deloitte colleagues at all levels
- Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution
- Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise
- Interact with clients on a regular basis through face to face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client’s processes and business problems
- Collaborate and coordinate with global Deloitte colleagues across teams
- Identify industry best practices and implement them in engagements
Responsibilities:
- Review user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solution
- Support / Develop UI/UX design, wire frames to support functional design including full documentation of user journey
- Support custom built web responsive applications supporting functional design by creating custom widgets in ServiceNow Platform.
- Configure and build the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and user stories
- Provide configuration options to meet specific requirements identifying respective pros and cons for each option
- Ensure that ServiceNow standard practices are utilized for all configurations and customizations
- Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow configurations
- Complete the deployment of solutions across sub-production and production environments
- Responsible for unit testing and end to end testing of the fixes related defects till final deployment
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments is required
- Experience with designing and developing ServiceNow workflows
- Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Performance Analytics, ACL’s, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update sets
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices
- Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST and SOAP
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS and AngularJS – Hands on experience on web based languages (HTML, CSS, Angular JS)
- Hands on experience on Localization in Service portal.
- Knowledge and experience with HR Service Delivery tools and third-party HR applications such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, and Oracle etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, SSO will be plus.
- Proficient in Agile development and all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Experience with software development support tools (e.g. Jira, Rally etc.)
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
Additional qualifications preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any one or more areas e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
- Advance knowledge and experience with dynamic, interactive data visualizations using JavaScript libraries such as D3.js etc.
- ITIL and DevOps experience and certification
- Master’s degree – MBA / MCA / Master’s in Software Engineering
