Position Summary

WalkMe Developer

Own all technical elements of a WalkMe Implementation including setup & configuration, initial design, content build, testing, and content deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with WalkMe software to scope, design, develop, and deploy solutions on various platforms and applications
  • Apply technical abilities, UX knowledge and creativity to build and deliver WalkMe solutions to client problems and troubleshoot their issues
  • Provide technical guidance, present solutions, and perform implementation reviews
  • Assess needs and use cases, quickly design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
  • Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain deployed assets over time
  • Explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers, and management
  • Ensure WalkMe addresses the customer’s ultimate goals and needs
  • Improve the development process if opportunities arise
  • Consult WalkMe Implementer/Project Manager on project scoping, technical limitations, and risks

Skills (Required):

  • 1-3 years of implementation/professional services/solution engineering experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platform
  • Experience in UX/UI design
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery 
  • Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills 

Skills (Preferred): 

  • Experience developing digital adoption platforms or training in the context of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion
  • Intermediate data analytics skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
  • Experience developing custom APIs and Webhooks
