Work you’ll do

Across our service offerings, you will:

  • Develop broad consulting skills; gather and research data; develop pertinent and thoughtful analysis; contribute to the creation of deliverables related to learning development / change management / technology and large-scale transformations 
  • Develop conclusions from analysis; take responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables
  • Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions; design deliverable content
  • Plan and manage moderately complex engagements; structure, review, and validate analysis, recommendations, and deliverables

Human Capital (Overall)

The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations – from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader—and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.  

  

Organization Transformation

The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.   To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together. 

Position: Sr. Consultant/Consultant

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and visually appealing deliverables for training and/or change management for large scale business transformations 
  • Develop training collateral for ILTs, WBTs, and other formats like Nano-videos, inclusive of training curriculum, training course outlines, storyboards, training courses, and training evaluation  
  • Develop change management collateral, including materials for change impact analysis, readiness surveys and associated analysis, communications and engagement materials    
  • Collaborate with clients, project team and subject matter experts, in a virtual/live environment, on project deliverables and tasks
  • Collaborate with the client teams to solve issues by gathering required data, performing suitable analysis, and providing recommendations
  • On occasion, perform quality assurance for junior practitioners
  • Support senior team members in planning and development of project communications and key messages
  • Provide timely updates to Project Lead/Manager about timelines, deliverables and dependencies
  • Contribute towards practice/firm development initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 4-13 years of experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space
  • Experience of working on Recording and Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, uPerform, UPK, etc.

 Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP 
  • Experience working with analytical tools like Tableau
