Role/Job Description

Work you’ll do:

  • Deloitte needs professionals like yourself to help our clients achieve their goals of managing and delivering successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Retail engagements
  • Professionals with a passion for helping clients solve complex Finance, Supply Chain, Retail and Technology challenges will be brought together under one group. This enables professionals to interact with and learn from their colleagues who understand the specific challenges that exist in each domain
  • Play an active role in requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, Process and System design, providing training to business users; performing Hands-on configuration, Design and develop integrations reports, enhancements, data conversions, support tech development, build test scripts, conduct application testing
  • Identify and document business process improvements and enable clients to adapt to industry best practices
  • Professionals can further enhance their skill and grow in their career, while working across the Advice, Implement, and Operate spectrum
  • Attend training programs in latest technologies, learn and deploy on the job.
  • Provide technology mentoring for the junior resources
  • Participate in day-to-day project meetings to discuss key milestones and updates
  • Attend various career development trainings
  • Participate in various firm level initiatives

Job Description:

  • Certified professional with experience of Oracle Cloud ERP or Retail as a team member or Team Lead for minimum 1 full cycle implementation
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle Retail OR Oracle ERP Cloud project (Release 21A or later)
  • A minimum of 2+ to 15 years of experience implementing combination of:

o   Oracle Financials (GL, SLA, FAH, AGIS, AP, AR, Collections, RMCS, FA, CM)

o   Oracle Supply Chain (PO, OM INV, Manufacturing, Planning, Costing, Subscription Management, Warehouse Management)

o   Oracle Retail (RMS/MFCS, ReSA/SACS, ReIM/IMCS, Allocations and RPM/PCS), Planning Applications (RPAS, RDF, AIP))

o   Oracle Cloud Technology (OIC, VBCS, APEX, PL/SQL)

  • Demonstrated experience as resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, technical development (Integrations, Reports, Enhancements, Data Conversions), testing, client user training
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
  • A Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
