To prepare entries for and reconcile accounts payable activities for general ledger. To ensure adherence to procedure and classification controls for trade liabilities.

The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a collection of Offerings that helps clients achieve the maximum possible impact and value from their investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. Shift Timing: 11AM to 8PM, 2PM to 11PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
· • Lead the Lead Digital Transformation for the operations business globally with a focus to identify value levers across the enterprise, design the future adaptable operating model and manage change through the transformation lifecycle.
• Capturing market opportunities, understanding customer drivers and digitalization needs, developing, and evolving technology partnerships and translating these into a solution-based business strategy to leverage untapped digital value.
• Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve a. Productivity b. Improve SLA performance.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma & Digital (Automation, Analytics etc.) tools and techniques to drive projects Coach and mentor Green Belts / Project Managers on the smaller projects which may be stand alone, or part of the BB projects
• Establish an operations excellence team to incorporate Lean Six Sigma methodologies for reengineering the process thus creating scalable, sustainable, and profitable solutions
· 7 to 13years of previous work experience
· Experience in working and leading in a rapidly changing environment / consulting
· Prior experience in BPO sector
· Excellent client management skills
· Experience in setting up Shared Service Centre or process transition
· Previous work experience in the Finance function with a minimum of 8 years in leading a team

B. Com / BBA or similar 3-year graduate course. CA, ICWA, CMA, M. Com / MBA - applicable relaxation on years of experience mentioned below
Six Sigma Black Belt certified, or Lean Green belt certified or equivalent with a project improvement submission which has saved time, cost, and quality
