Core Business Operations

The Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients’ heart-of-the-business issues. This portfolio combines our functional and technical capabilities to help clients transform, modernize, and run their existing technology platforms across industries. As our clients navigate dynamic and disruptive markets, these solutions are designed to help them drive product and service innovation, improve financial performance, accelerate speed to market, and operate their platforms to innovate continuously.

Hiring for roles: Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant

Initial 5 months will be as a Fixed Term Hire (probation) where Deloitte would invest in your training requirements. At the end of 5 months, Deloitte would look to confirm you in full time roles based on your performance and interest.

Educational Qualifications:

Full-time graduation (B.E./B.Tech / B.Stat/ B.C.A / B.Sc.) and/or Masters (M.C.A. / M.Sc. / MBA /M.Tech / MS)

Skills and Experience:

Java:

Hands-on Microservices, Spring boot on cloud technologies

.Net:

C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, JavaScript, Web API, SQL

Automation Testing:

Automation tester in Selenium/UFT with mobile application testing experience.

Revenue Cycle Management: 

Hands on experience in Insurance and Benefit Verification, Pre-Registration and/or Prior Authorization activities in healthcare Insurance operations

Guidewire: Hands on development experience in claim centre/policy centre/billing centre/rating.  Insurance and Benefit Verification, Pre-Registration and/or Prior Authorization activities in healthcare Insurance operations

EPIC: Hands on health care experience on EPIC/health care domain and should be EPIC certified.


  • 1 to 10 years of professional experience, with a career gap of more than 6 months from the previous job.
  • Ability to quickly learn and deliver on new emerging technologies and areas not previously worked on
  • Willingness to take up challenges, understand key business need, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solution sustainable, and develop competency for the team
  • Clear and concise communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills – willingness to participate in team and client meetings, workshops/trainings, and present recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to pursue collective team goals
