ROLE

Level: Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant (SC) at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for leading delivery of work threads within due timelines. SCs will be leading design and development of domain or industry specific solutions along with mentoring, directing and reviewing work of junior team members, and liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements.

The work you will do includes:
Lead design and development of process mining solutions to address client’s problem statement
Leverage process mining tools and methodologies to analyze data for identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Drive process mining workshops with client stakeholders to scope current processes, identify possible process improvement use cases, automation opportunities 
Provide technical expertise on data engineering via analyzing the ERP landscape
Conduct client interviews and value identification and framing workshops throughout the project
Prepare detailed work plans and lead multiple work threads of a larger consulting engagement and develop required business metrics and KPIs to be tracked across work threads.
Gain industry domain knowledge and develop thought ware and point-of-views 
Assist in Proposal Development and Business Development activities

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Project Experience: 

Must Have:
4-7 years of experience working in Data Analytics or Operational Excellence domains, including process mining and process intelligence
Experience of leveraging process mining tools (Celonis and/or Signavio PI) to build analysis for process improvement
Experience in driving workshops with client stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities across different focus areas within a process
Experience in leading small teams to execute end to end process mining implementations
Proficient in core consulting skills like clear communication, analytical thinking, logical structuring 
Experience across horizontal and vertical business processes such as P2P, OTC, Q2C, RTR, ITSM, HR, Customer Service etc. 
Good to Have:
Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath 
Understanding of the process transformation lifecycle, evolving methodologies and industry leading practices
Willingness to travel internationally (primarily US) based on project needs

Education: 
MBA or equivalent

Prior Experience: 
4-7 years of experience in process mining or data engineering roles with Top Tier Management / Strategy Consulting firms or Corporate Strategy, internal consulting or business function roles in leading global / Indian firms
