CORE BUSINESS OPERATIONS

The Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients’ heart-of-the-business issues. ROLE

Level: Consultant

As an Analyst or Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines in an agile framework. Need-basis consultants will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.  

 

As a Tester, you will be responsible to analyze business requirements, design test cases/scripts, RTM, perform test execution, document defects, triage defects, document results and attain sign-off of the design & results.

The work you will do includes:

  • ·       Participating in business requirements discussions with client, onshore or offshore teams and attaining any clarifications to design test scenarios/cases/scripts
  • ·       Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented Test scenarios/cases/scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis
  • ·       Provisioning the test data required to perform test execution
  • ·       Performing test execution, logging defects, tracking and triaging defects to closure, and documenting test results
  • ·       Individually driving the test effort (design/test data/execution/reviews) discussions with client/onshore teams
  • ·       Tracking and resolving dependencies that impact test activities
  • ·       Reporting and escalating any risks/issues which are blocking test activities
  • ·       Guiding team members in performing test activities and creating deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Project Experience:

1.      3-4 years’ experience in Worksoft certify automation tool with SAP

2.      Expertise in developing and maintaining automation scripts, test cases and test data to support efficient and effective automation testing

3.      Preferred certification in Worksoft

4.      Should have good exposure working in SAP

5.      Should have good understanding of STLC process and Testing phases

6.      Good Communication and interpersonal skills, Good experience in agile/Waterfall methodology

7.      Thorough understanding of the defect life-cycle process and industry standard defect tracking tools. 

8.      Experience in other test management tools like ALM, JIRA, etc. will be an added advantage

B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university   

Worksoft certified

Prior Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience working with Worksoft in SAP
