Qualifications and Experience:
1. Engage with teams to execute projects and be the key interface to end users
2. Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
3.Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
4.Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements
5.Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
6.Design and implement scalable data models, build ERD diagrams
7.Build/configure ingestion, data modeling, segmentation and activation within Salesforce Data Cloud and have an understanding of the various cloud platforms that Salesforce data cloud can integrate with.
8.Work with practitioners on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and help build Deloitte marketing capabilities and assets
9.Employ best design standards while delivering an efficient solution.
Required:
1.Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.
2.Total of 3+years experience and minimum of 2-3 years of experience on Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data platform.
3.Hands-on experience with all aspects of salesforce data cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution etc.
4.Should have good knowledge on data modeling and SQL.
5.Should be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations.
6.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud.
7.Ability to analyze and building automations, write code snippets using SSJS.
8.Have good understanding of file handling using csv files.
9. Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
10.Ability to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
11.Should be able to conduct peer reviews, and advise recommendations or issues and work well with team.
Preferred:
1.Good understanding of data modelling concepts.
2.Good knowledge on complex SQL, API handling.
3.Experience/ knowledge on tools such as DBeaver, Postman
4.Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space
5.Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud
6.Certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
