SFMC QA, Consultant
Work you’ll do
- Understanding of Marketing Content, User Experience and Responsive Web Design concepts
- Good knowledge of Testing lifecycle and Test Management Processes
- Knowledge of Agile-Scrum implementations and contributing on the QA activities in a sprint
- Intensive trainings on latest technologies from eminent external trainers.
- Internal trainings and workshops.
- Subscriptions to prominent online training platforms, such as Lynda.
- Hackathons and tech challenges to exercise your front-end skills.
- Freedom to adopt and use the latest technologies in your live projects.
- Travel opportunity (wherever possible) to work at the client’s location or at our global offices.
· Ability to define, understand or conduct cross-browser and usability testing.
· Hands on experience on performing functional/Non-Functional testing of web applications.
· Exposure to Automation or Performance testing or any programming language
· Interact between development and validation teams for effective communication
· Device Testing for the delivered pages and content, campaigns, etc.
· Ensure that stories / requirements are thoroughly tested to identify all possible defects with emphasis on functionality, impact testing, scope of changes done, regression
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 2-6 years of experience in Functional Validation/ Testing with exposure to marketing applications both web and mobile apps.
· Good knowledge of tools for analyzing crash logs, console output and network traffic logs
· Knowledge of any of the design prototyping tool – like Invision, Zepling
· Experience in Marketing Automation
· Have an experience in test automation framework such as Selenium, APPIUM etc.
· Integration testing experience with testing of API’s using postman or any similar tool
· Understands architecture of projects from technical perspective to deliver quality
· Knowledge on tools like JIRA, Testrail, Quality center
· Good communication skills and should be a great team player
· Be passionate about marketing content, design domain
· Have good analytical skills
Preferred:
· Hands-on experience on Automation and Performance Testing
· Accessibility Testing (Content Sites)
· Hands on experience in building test strategy, planning, defect management / reporting.
· Knowledge of CI/CD tools is preferred (for eg: Jenkins).
· Knowledge or exposure on any of the following applications
· Content management applications like Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, wordpress
· Salesforce Marketing cloud, campaign management experience or exposure to it.
· Analytics and Personalization
· Any tool / exposure on Advertising.
· Familiarity with developer/engineering tools, technical knowledge around build installation, and technology trends
