SFMC BA, Senior Consultant
The Customer & Marketing Offering Portfolio focuses on owning the commercial agenda through growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire customer lifecycle. Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations.
Work you’ll do
· Work closely with key stakeholders, including directly with customers
· Requirement gathering, functional documentation, configuration and solution design
· Converting Functional requirements into user stories / equivalent into project management tools such as JIRA and understand feature and epic traceability over the course of the program
· Understanding of change management, including documenting solution design and impact assessment
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in campaign development and implementation
· Basic configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – data extension, OOTB reporting, journey flow and automations - no coding experience required
· Ensure and maintain quality of the business requirements and project solutions
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional consultant
· Certification in SFMC: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification a strong plus
· Translate business requirements into system flow and Coordination with technical teams to finalize the requirements
· Experience configuring basic SFMC setup
· Familiar with Project management skills such as Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira
· Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to configurations, custom code, and integrations
· An analytical problem solver
· Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred:
· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other Marketing Tool like Pardot, Eloqua
· Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies
