Oracle Eloqua Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Eloqua specialist to join our marketing team. The role will have responsibility of managing Eloqua instance including all related activities such as data management, email design/testing, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting and analysis and integrations.

Key Responsibilites:
- Design, develop and implement automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including email marketing, lead nurturing and scoring.
- Setup, manage and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems such as salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models and audience segmentation based on customer behaviour and demographics.
- Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permission, data fields and API integrations.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns and optimize workflows for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvements.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other technical aspects of Eloqua
- Provide support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practice and system functionality.
Required Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua for at least 2 years.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScripts for email templates and landing pages
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and their integration with Eloqua
- Strong understanding of API integration and data flows between marketing automation tools and CRM
· Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
- : Ability to derive insights from marketing data and present findings to key stakeholders.
- : Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Oracle Marketing Cloud products.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Certification in Oracle Eloqua or related technologies.
Soft Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Total of 3-5 years with at least 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms.
