Key Responsibilities –
· Proficiency in Tableau for creating data visualizations, designing dashboards, and implementing data connections.
· Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that accurately represent the organization's data assets. These models may include entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), data flow diagrams, and schema designs.
· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Translate these requirements into data model specifications.
· Data Standardization: Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and data definitions to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
· Database Design: Work closely with database administrators (DBAs) to design and optimize database schemas based on the data models. Ensure that databases are efficient, scalable, and well-structured.
· Data Integration: Facilitate the integration of data from various sources into the organization's data environment. Ensure that data is transformed and mapped appropriately to meet business needs.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, data dictionaries, and metadata. Ensure that all changes to data models are properly documented and communicated.
· Performance Optimization: Collaborate with developers and DBAs to optimize database performance. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to data access and storage.
· Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data modeling and database design. Apply new knowledge to improve existing processes.
· Develop, manage, execute, and refresh highly complex Tableau dashboards, making them accessible to business stakeholders.
· Should be able to clearly articulate end-to-end data pipelines with analysis and accomplishment.
· Carry out impromptu data analysis using Python, SQL, and basic AWS cloud skills.
· Must possess a fundamental understanding of AWS cloud, Python, and SQL to conduct necessary data analysis
· Expected to collaboratively work with fellow data analysts as a team and handle dashboards that are crucial for business stakeholders
· Must be competent in dealing with uncertainty and capable of devising KPIs and reports that meet industry standards.

Analytics + Information Management (AIM) is one of the major service lines within Technology practice of Deloitte US India Consulting org. Service lines are comprised of capability areas, and that focuses on helping clients manage and leverage their information. AIM capability areas – Information Delivery, Data Management & Architecture, Performance Management Technologies, and Advanced Analytics Enablement.
Qualifications
· 3-7 years of Tableau experience
· Knowledge of database management systems SQL
· Experience in data analysis.
· Hands-on Experience in Python
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Identifies opportunities to use advanced analytics
· Advanced experience with tools and services , JIRA Collibra Bitbucket/GITHUB Jupyter Notebooks
· Understanding of Financial Services Industry- IMRE (preferred)
