The CoRe Research & Insights team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach and Customer Engagement Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring our outreach strategies align with our team goals. Work you’ll do
As an Outreach and Customer Engagement Assistant Manager, you will play a significant role in developing and nurturing new account relationships within the Deloitte network. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to foster strong connections with our clients and stakeholders.
Own, develop, and grow customer relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain active communication channel with the customer groups and identify opportunities for potential demand.
Collaborate with the extended team to manage awareness campaigns and drive resultant discussions. Responsible for leading or contributing to outreach/awareness call with identified cohort of practitioners.
Assist in the business development opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Assist in developing sales collaterals that effectively communicate the value propositions of our solutions.
Build a strong network internally and externally.
Build understanding of the team’s offering and capabilities to leverage in customer conversations, as required.
Stay connected and anticipate the needs of potential stakeholders to provide timely and relevant solutions.
Mentor and coach new members of the team to come up to speed.
Participate in team-level operational and brainstorming activities.

Postgraduate degree from a premier B-school with relevant work experience of 6-8 years.
