Specialized Program – Analyst
The Specialized Program Analyst is responsible for providing timely and efficient support to customers in maintaining and managing their Knowledge content on SharePoint platforms. Primary responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing intranet sites.
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, develop and maintain SharePoint sites and pages on firm's knowledge portals.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Managers/team leads/internal customers to scope site/page development & maintenance requirements and schedule delivery time.
- Ensure 100% compliance with established site development and maintenance processes.
- Focus on quality and strict adherence to branding and governance guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with other CoRe Knowledge Services team members as needed.
Qualifications and experience Required:
- 6 months - 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization
Skills/Expectations:
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, InfoPath, Nintex
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Work location:
Hyderabad / Bengaluru
Shift Timings:
11 AM to 8 PM
