Senior Analyst – Operations, DR&I Digital Data Analytics Innovation – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Roles and responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain automation tools like UiPath Orchestrator web app while ensuring architecture design remains cost-effective.
  • Work closely on the Cyber Security policy enforcement, Performance Testing, Identity Access Management maintenance of RPA Bot accounts and Service accounts.
  • Strong understanding of features and capabilities of the Azure Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, RedisCache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, Application Insights, SQL Server, Load-Balancers).
  • Manage, monitor, and suggest improvements to AWS / Azure cloud environment.
  • Understand customer requirements, able to provide project documentation and help translate into solution design.
  • Strong communication with Clients (US/USI), providing status update on calls and emails.
  • Build relationships with various Business and Industry teams, key stakeholders, program leads and onshore counterparts.
  • Review existing processes to understand the scope of improvement areas and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications required:

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field required, e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science.

·       4-6 years’ experience.

Preferred:

·       Exposure to solution architecture and light development skills.

·       Azure Certified professional (Good to have).

·       3+ years of experience with VMware ESX, Hyper-V, Active Directory and Windows Operating Systems.

·       Projects focus around deploying and customizing the latest Microsoft cloud solutions, specifically Azure and Office 365.

·       Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Location: Hyderabad

Work timings: 2 PM - 11 PM (IST)
