About Technology CoE

Technology CoE offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.

  • Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions
  • Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting

Work you will do

Your responsibilities and role demand:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for .Net and Python applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure software quality
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Work closely with developers to debug, identify and log bugs.
  • Implement automated testing using Selenium, PyTest, NUnit, or similar tools.
  • Conduct performance testing to help developers optimize application efficiency.
  • Work with developers and business team to understand product requirements.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and best practices for quality assurance.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, to enhance QA processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure alignment with development teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies in business workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience with Selenium, PyTest, NUnit, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
  • Basic knowledge of Git for collaboration.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Baisc understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create clear and concise requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:

  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
