Senior Analyst - Learning & Development - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join our central People & Purpose team as part of the Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) team. We are responsible for the development, coordination, and organisation of learning and development activities at a national level. Our focus within L&D is primarily on supporting our +/- 6000 talents in Belgium in the development of their professional and leadership skills.
Aligned with Deloitte Belgium's business and talent strategy, we translate individual and team development needs into impactful L&D initiatives and events. We serve as true business advisors to our internal clients and coordinate the collaboration between the learning teams in the business units, global DTTL learning, and our very own Deloitte University EMEA.
As a Senior Analyst in USI supporting Belgium Member Firm, you will focus on following areas:
Work you will do
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the BE national L&D team (consisting of 6 people) for all learning programs, events and projects;
· Organise online and in-class training sessions, including managing the complete set-up, planning, facilities, practicalities, and logistics at both internal and external locations, and follow up on registrations and cancellations;
· Manage frequent contacts and interactions with the participants and external L&D vendors;
· Provide technical and administrative assistance for our online learning management system (Totara);
· Maintain several intranet pages, and manage the content and communication on our LMS;
· Draft, track and perform data analyses and produce reports for quality and usability as required by the business;
· Prepare communications for various learning activities;
· Keep track of budgets and invoices.
Qualifications and experience required:
· Bachelor’s degree (education, office management, administration, or equivalent);
· Punctual, accurate, and methodical;
· 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar function.
· Proactive mindset, anticipates situations before they become problems;
· Speaks up and seeks clarity when things are unclear;
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, including setting priorities;
· Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work autonomously;
· Highly stress-resistant, flexible, and able to efficiently handle urgencies;
· Excellent Excel skills, confirmed computer and other technology skills (Microsoft Office);
· Languages: Fluent in English.

The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Work location: Hyderabad
Working time: 11 AM – 8 PM
