Senior Analyst - Learning & Development - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy professional to be part of the Learning & Development team of USI NSE supporting Belgium with coordination and organization of learning activities at national level. You will be responsible for providing operational support to the Belgium-based L&D team and will serve as our Learning Management System (LMS) expert, including:
Work you will do
As a Senior Analyst in USI supporting Belgium Member Firm, you will focus on following areas:
LMS Expert
- Subject Matter expert on Totara-based LMS.
- · Structure, implement, and manage the learning offerings in our LMS.
- · Advise business and learning team colleagues on LMS features.
- · Maintain user, audiences, and access rights on our LMS.
- · Monitoring our course pages and data quality.
- · Import external learning data (SCRUM links and data uploads).
- · Process business change requests and questions.
- Attend monthly LMS Expert call and follow up on actions.
The Team;
USI supporting NSE Shared Service team:
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications and experience required:
- · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in office management, administration, or equivalent.
- · 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- · Strong analytical mindset: capability to collect and analyze information, assess situations rationally, and problem-solve.
- · Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
- · Eager to learn. You are dedicated and stress resistant.
- · Experience in Totara is an added advantage.
- · Handling projects in an organized way, have the ability to prioritize workload effectively, delivering work with on time with top quality.
- · Have an eye for detail, being punctual, accurate and methodical.
- · Strong communication skills, customer oriented, and a team player.
- · Relevant experience working with MS Office Tools especially Excel.
- Language: fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Hyderabad
Working time: 11 AM – 8 PM
Your responsibilities
- Support the BE L&D team in the design and roll-out of learning programs, events, and projects.
- · Track, collect and clean learning data for quality and usability.
- · Report on learning data and metrics.
- · Ensure the compliance training requirements are met.
- · Manage, create and/or deliver our digital learning formats, such as quizzes, e-learning, and recording.
- · Continuously look to optimize our processes and policies.
- · Also handle different Learning Admin tasks.
