Senior Analyst/Analyst— Talent Services—Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The position of Talent Services Senior Analyst is a member of the EDC Talent Services team and reports to the Talent Services lead. This role provides critical administrative support to the client specifically in the area of Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Background verification, Professional qualifications, and mobility support for new hires and existing staff, ensuring smooth processes and excellent candidate experience and internal stakeholder experience.
This role requires taking complete accountability of day-to-day tasks, a proactive mindset, a high level of attention to detail, being able to work across varied activities within the agreed deadlines and communicate well. It is essential the person maintains strict confidentiality related to all personal and departmental matters and correspondence and handles information in line with privacy requirements.
Work you will do.
As a Talent Services Senior Analyst/Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing:
• Pre-boarding: Review new hire contracts and update new hire data, complete pre-day 1 tasks in ServiceNOW platform including following up with stakeholders, share onboarding documents and day 1 information, communicate weekly new hire information, take responsibility to organize rooms, catering, logistics for all new hire inductions.
• Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding communications and buddy/coach allocation, manage new hire cohort learning programs including scheduling and attendance tracking, ensure progress of the ServiceNOW cases, escalate issues regarding non-attendance or facilitator availability, and review / enhance onboarding and cohort learning content or liaise with relevant stakeholders for updates, as required.
• Background Verification: Verify and manage background checks, liaise with First Advantage (external provider) and candidates for issues and missing information, review and archive background check results, report concerns, and conduct quarterly audits for compliance and completeness.
• Professional Qualifications: Manage the chartered accountant and law professional qualifications process, communicate with candidates and key stakeholders regarding study applications, manage the study application cases in DXConnect, collaborate with HR Ops advisors and payroll for escalations, and administer CA Master Class (CASM) enrollments and other tasks.
• Mobility Support Services: Oversee relocation processes including visa coordination and travel arrangements, manage busy season and long-term secondments, support the Accredited Employer process with documentation/communications, and maintain accurate records in APro system.
• Others: Timely management of queries received through the team inbox, case management in the service support tool (ServiceNow), and incoming calls/incidents. Proactively identifying & raising potential issues to the USI Assistant Manager/Lead for discussion with the onshore Talent Operations Manager. Trouble shooting employee queries and escalating as appropriate.

Shift timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM IST

The “Finance & Shared Services” (FSS) team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like management and financial reporting, accounts payable, debtor management, payroll, data quality, finance system support, IT services, Business Intelligence development, client and engagement acceptance, and client contract management activities.
In addition, we have other sub-teams under FSS which provides services related to Talent Operations services and Excellence.. Talent Services manages transactions pertaining to Pre- Onboarding, Onboarding, Workforce administration, Background verification, Learning Services and Mobility. Qualifications required.
- Candidates with a graduation degree should have 1.5 -6 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a postgraduate degree should have 2-6 years of relevant experience.
